Initial Evaluation

Service Description

All New patients are scheduled for an initial evaluation. Expect this visit to last 45-60 minutes. This detailed assessment is intended to clarify the onset and nature of the current problem as well as identify physical, situational, and psychological factors that may be affecting it. We will work together to set treatment goals and create a plan to help you reach those goals. This plan may include medications, behavioral strategies, therapy and/or referral to other providers, when necessary. Call us to see how we are here to help you get WELL.

Cancellation Policy

Wellness Point Psychiatry Consultants requires at least a 24 hours advance notice for reschedules or cancellations.  Cancellations after 24 business hours prior to the appointment but before the appointment time will result in a late cancel fee.  Patients who do not call prior to missing their appointment will be charged a no-call no-show fee. We understand that some situation may arise, however 3 no shows will result in termination of treatment with Wellness Point Psychiatry Consultants, PLLC.    Wellness Point Psychiatry Consultants does NOT double book appointments to insure patients are seen in a timely fashion. When appointments are not canceled 24 hours in advance, there is not enough time to schedule another patient during that appointment time.
