She is passionate of providing care to children and teens struggling with mental illness: To promote their mental health and wellness while helping them to achieve their ambitions in life as they grow. She is able to develop a unique rapport with teens, opening up the lines of communication so often lacking in this age group. Teens report feeling “relieved” after discussing their issues with her and they willingly come back to share their thoughts and feelings, and find ways to deal with the issues in their lives.

She also has vast experience in adults, and families experiencing depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma, transitions, and other challenges. She works with these individuals and families to create a calming and trusting environment. Her passion is to help them gain the necessary insights and skills to be successful in handling various life challenges.

She believes every person is unique, and as such their treatment should be personalized and collaboratively created with the client thorough understanding of life experiences, symptoms, needs, and goals. Her goal is to help patients understand the underlying conflicts that keep them from experiencing their lives to the fullest.
